Too much humidity from watering or too much fertilizer, try to dry it out as soon as possible, and when you water, lower the fertilizer dose and water with plain water so that in a maximum of 2 days you have to water again.

Well it's tricky..... If you haven't placed some drainage material on the bottom of the fabric pot, it might be the beginning of a root problem, the smaller one in the back seems affected. Anything else, I would only guess.

Check ph 6-6.5 range if that good you know ur not in nute lock out. By how light green she is an brown spots ima say your nute defficient on N an P. Can add cal mag or worm castings to top soil if keeping it organic. Or bottle nutes are fine just don’t forget to flush later on.
