Hi
@Newfie420CB! Your medium looks flooded with water. This will lead to serious issues, such as root rot, nutrients deficiencies, slow growing... and eventually the death for your baby. Roots need to be on a wet/dry cycle to properly develop and spread for water. Too much water make the roots/plant suffocate. After each watering, let the soil dry a bit, once it's almost dry then water with 15-20% of the container's capacity. Never water with more than 25% of the container's capacity, or you'll risk an overwatering scenario. Hope this will help, let me know in the comments section if you need any further information, and happy growing! 👊
