Small white spots on leaves in germination phase.Does anybody know if those small white spots are ok? I have water 7 pH and I add some citric acid to lower it to 6 pH, when I sprinkle the soil I lightly sprinkle the leaves as well and I'm not sure if it's the effect of dry citric acid or something else. On my other grows I've had some issues with pests. The worst was white powdery mold, but I've also seen leaf miners, aphids etc.
I want to treat this plant pre-emptively with something like BioNeem. Is it safe to do that at this stage of bloom? Can you recommend safe alternativeWeek 6

White misty layer on my leavesNoticed the last days some light white covering on my leaves, if I go over it with my finger it disappears.
Branches look good and green, no brown places on the branches, nothing wrong with the buds, they développe great. They are now in their last week.
