Can someone tell me if this is the beginning of powdery mildew? Or if you have any insight would be helpful. This is on outdoor plant.

Does White Powdery Mildew brush off easilyDoes white powdery mold brush off? Pollen sacks or powdery mildew?I noticed what I thought was powdery mildew on a leaf, then noticed funny looking things right next to the powder. I think these are pollen sacks, and if they are I want to know if anything is recoverable, or if I need to scrap the whole plant/grow. "Second Grow" on my profile

White misty layer on my leavesNoticed the last days some light white covering on my leaves, if I go over it with my finger it disappears.
Branches look good and green, no brown places on the branches, nothing wrong with the buds, they développe great. They are now in their last week.
It's only on the leaves.

I've had issues with PM in the past. Safers brand 3 in 1 seems to work temporarily but it always comes back. Also seems like it may deteriorate the trichomes on a flowering plant. RH 50%
I currently am using a worm casting foliar spray and all is staying well. Any more tips?Week 3
