Don't use those meters to test pH or moisture. I went through a bunch of those meters from a bunch of different brands. There straight garbage in my opinion. Dig down in the soil, that's the best way 100% I do it, I even dig thru roots sometimes. A little damage to the roots doesn't hurt, I do it a lot.

You overwatered your plants! DO NOT GIVE THEM WATER UNLESS YOU DIG DOWN IN THE SOIL AND CHECK. You cannot use the top soil method to judge an overwatered plant! Dig your pointer finger down as far as it will go ( on the side of the pot, not next to the plant) if you still feel moisture then wait! When you over water a plant it needs to dry out and to recover. Watering to soon will put the plant right back in shock and you can kill it or give it root rot. Be 100% sure your soil is drying out in the middle area, not the top soil.

Yeah they need water. Make sure you giving them enough. When the top of the soil is getting dry water again. They will go back up in like 30 mins. When you overwater the leaves feel heavy and curl down. Good luck on your grow. You should be watering about 2 cups around the center of the stem at this point. Its my first grow & i was watering too little at first & my plants looked exactly like this. Alitle droopy
