Seedling stage hang the light 30 โ 32 inches above adjust dimmer as needed, some people hang lower and set the dimmer to 30% โ 50%
Vegetative stage hang light 26 โ 28 inches above the canopy adjust dimmer as needed, dimmer can be raised up to 75%
Flowering stage hang light 16 โ 18 inches above the canopy, set dimmer to max output 100%

I guess EC gets diluted (biggest part of coco coir is new).

Increased light intensity to PPFD 600.
This morning larger upper leaves are in "praying" position, one leaf closer to bottom looks sick.
If it's a light burn, why not on upper leaves?
