5 gal smart pot soil how much? I'm using fox farm ocean forest and top with happy frog for my seeds, do I wet down all the soil around before seed in it?

No. Your soil will become active and on time when your roots will reach it, plus extra feed could lead to overdose.
Water as many as you need. Go wider circle around your girl, for root to search for water, don't water just under her. Her size is the mirror of root zone aprox, so end of leave is your line, plus inch or two extra wide. That way you'll have really strong and healthy girl.

How much water ?
gg#4auto about 3weeks old. Started off way to dry , had a hard time breaking through the soil & dropping their shells.The plastic dome that I got advised with really helped. Spray bottle first week now watering away from the plants in my 5gallon grow pots.
