This is my first even grow. this is the progress of two weeks which is concerning. the seed is a ochopintre. is this normal? what can be done?
(in door, Vivision 24H light, PH5-5.5. 28-24C)

If that is 14 days, I woud throw it out and make a new. I think the problem is water and maby soil. When that little, it needs like 1 dl every 2 days and when a little bigger 2 dl water, and so on.

i watered it just before i toke the picture but i can say i am at 1 dl/day. will reduce the next time. the interesting part is the roots grew upwards in the first week. i had to flip it myself. this is the 3rd day progress after the flip.

I wouldn't toss it. It could bounce back. But I would definitely let her sleep. Even if it's an auto. I've grown autos under 24 before with bad results. Also yes too much water! You gotta let that dirt dry a little for root development. Less is more at this stage

to much light?In an attempt to save some energy i hung my light about 10cm away from my seedlings. i measured the ppfd and dialed it to about 280.
After a week of grow my autos look realy small and get yellow spots on their leafs. Humidity:70-80% and about 25°c. any suggestion?

First I will describe my conditions! - Tap water 110 ppm - LED QB288 Rspec 250 Watt light works at half the power! - Advanced Nutrients three-component Fertilizers Micro Grow Bloom
now I'll tell you how it was!
after they have sprouted! they were planted in the system! I made the solution on the recommendation of the fertilizer manufacturer! I added 1 ml/l of each component and it turned out 410 ppm! The second week I changed the solution completely and added 2 ml/l of each component, it turned out 600 ppm
the yellowness on the leaves appeared after the first week! I thought it was a magnesium or iron deficiency! and I changed the solution and added 2 ml / l of fertilizers! I keep the ph of the solution within 5.7-6.0
drip irrigation works constantly!
The temperature in the box is 23-25 C - humidity is 40-60%
Inside, there is a fan on top that turns 360 degrees to blow the plants!
