Is it really a 1000w LED? Are we talking "simulated" wattage or what it actually pulls from the wall? Most LEDs should be rated by what they pull from the wall, i.e the wattage of the driver. Most lights that are 1000w are actualy anywhere from 45-150w depending on whatever the manufacturer wants to say. That being said, 3 plants in a 2x2-3x3-2x4 space with that should be okay 18-24 inches. It'll be "ok". Best of luck!

Hey I started with a 1000w LED under 3 plants at a time and it worked great for me. I have now switched to Mars Hydro but nothing wrong with your light. You will still get a good grow/harvest. I try and keep the light 18-24inches at seedling height and then try and keep 12 inches for flowering if I can with the space I have. Hope that helps and happy growing

Bad idea?Will a mars hydro TS1000 be too strong for a 60x60x140cm tent? I have been using a TS600 and TS1000 in tandem in a tent 4x too big for the light level, I have been growing strong and tasty buds but with low yields so downsizing my tent size to maximise the light.

Light intensity My plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.
