Light too far ?

Hi everyone ! I’ve germinated seeds w paper towel method and they been in soil for around 30 hours now, haven’t sprouted yet. I’m worried my light could be a little too far. I have MarsHydro TS600W and it’s at around 40/50 cm from pot rn.

24 hours daylight in flower mistakeI have made a mistake - have 4 tent set ups each different digi light timers - this tent has mistakenly been left on (24 hours daylight!) for just over a week - should be week 4 flower. can it be saved? any advice? My grow light has just gone out! And I don’t have a backup while waiting for my replacement what should I do the light has been out for 24 hours, it is not that bad outdoors and quite sunny so I’ve moved them out there. But have now read that it can hurt them!Week 4

LED distance to plant adviceInterested in how close I can get my 630w LED with a rating of 2.7μmol/W and 1700 PPF to my canopy. I had it hung 48cm (19 inches) on 380w and just upped it to 500w day 8 in flower. Does this sound too close at 500w or is this ok? Temp is 25C (77F) humidity 55%.

Does my LED need more red spectrum for flowerin?I have an HLG 100v2 LED grow light at 4000K. They say 3000K is better for flowering. Does it make any sense for me to add some cheap red LED strips to add red spectrum? I’d rather not buy another more expensive light if I can just supplement this one. See picture.

New update got my new grow light dialed in.. And the nutes helped a lot seen more growth in one day than I had in the last 23 days!
I am worried that if I place the light at the recommended height (6”) that would be too much so I’m running the lights at 50% power and at 12” away
