Light too far ?

Hi everyone ! I’ve germinated seeds w paper towel method and they been in soil for around 30 hours now, haven’t sprouted yet. I’m worried my light could be a little too far. I have MarsHydro TS600W and it’s at around 40/50 cm from pot rn.

Posible quemadura?Every time I go into flowering, this happens to me and I can't find a solution. I use a 1.20 x 1.20 tent and I have a 730w LED; I'm starting to think that the light is too powerful and the plants are suffering from heat. Anyone using a Light Rail Mover?Anyone have any experience with the Light Rail movers? I have 2 of the Light Rail 4.0 systems each in a 4’x8’ tent. I’ve been trying different motor speeds and pause times, just wondering what others do for there pause timings and motor speeds? Cheers 💨

Proper height for T5 dual lamps from seedlings during sprouting stageI now have my seedlings in solo cups and they are just breaking the surface, what is the height I should have my T5 twin lamps from the top of the cups? I have it currently at about 4 inches from the top of the cups.

Can someone please show me a proper setup guide for hanging grow lights?I recently purchased a Vivosun Smart grow system, but this is my first tent and the booklet just says "tie light up top" with a ratchet hook system. Is it too late for scrog and have I had the light too low during the veg stage?So I noticed pistils appearing and now I'm worried that I've had my light too low during veg (~8k lux). Is it too late for scrog at this point or will they continue to grow? I've now bumped the light up to 22K lux should I lower the light to increase the intensity even more? TIA
