What are they? They were on one plant. I have spider mite problems but these are much bigger, never seen any in my tent before. Thanks for your help!

Pest problems! Caterpillars?The leaf seemed like it had light burn at first but today i noticed it had started to be eaten and found a tiny caterpillar thing crawling and eating it theres loads of little black spots on leaf. These plants dont grow in the same way as I expected.
On the right side of my grow box 2 ladies are growing as hell on middle 2 average but on left one is tall with less flowers and another small with less flowers too.
Is the same but 1 older LED light cause the different grow?Week 9

White flyes problemFor now they aim to the veins underside of the biggest fan leaves. I tryed an oil based spray but i feel it was to light.
Around the vegetation is full of white fluffy spots.
Plants developed some little like milky like signs also on the leaves, right upside of the infectionWeek 6

Is my weed rotting? Please help and thank you in advance, I am starting to become a little paranoicI am curing my weed and I found some small bugs on the buds (mostly flies), there were not a lot but I am a bit worried since also the color is starting to look a bit strange, or are maybe only the amberish trichomes? This is my second grow using the same basin for two plants, and maybe it's just a coincidence, but one plant seems to do better than the other. When their roots mingle, can one steal nutrients from the other? Should the nutrient levels be higher for two plants?Week 8

Alright I am not sure what to do. The breeder suggests 60 days in flower and she is ready for harvest. But because of the thrips infestation I had, 1 girl seems to be stunted. Should I just wait longer than 60 days and hopefully they recover and fully mature?Week 14
