Pest/bug identification - small brown bug

Can anyone help identify these bugs?
They move slow but they can jump also several inches. I’ve seen a few outdoors and they usually have some white cotton like stuff hanging from their butt.

I believe that's planthoppers. Exterminate as soon as possible.

Yeah there’s a few diff bugs that come up when I google “planthoppers” but you’re right I believe.. weird little dudes

Are ANTS a problem?There are more than some ants walking around under and sometimes also over my plants. Also there are small holes in the ground so definitely there is a nest under my babies? Do I have to worry? Are ants a problem for cannabis plants?

Pest problems!
