Pest/bug identification - small brown bug

Can anyone help identify these bugs?
They move slow but they can jump also several inches. I’ve seen a few outdoors and they usually have some white cotton like stuff hanging from their butt.

I believe that's planthoppers. Exterminate as soon as possible.

Yeah there’s a few diff bugs that come up when I google “planthoppers” but you’re right I believe.. weird little dudes

What are these bugs/mites?Can anyone tell me what these are and if I should be worried about them? I thought they were aphids at first but now I'm starting to have second thoughts they seem a bit too small to be aphids and the lady buds. I'm thinking they might be Neoseiulus fallacies

I went with the most easily available option to me (Triple Action Neem Oil by Southern Ag) and it works really well in my vegetable garden. If this doesn't seem to work, what are some other options I should use? Vegetative stage.Week 5

How to get rid of insects? Bringing outdoor plant inside (1 Gallon)Any suggestions on what I should do to prevent bringing pests to the grow tent next week? I saw online people dunk their containers in water for 10-15 minutes. Or spray NEEM oil... But I would like to make sure I do not bring as much insects as possible. I refuse to use chemicalsWeek 4
