Pest/bug identification - small brown bug

Can anyone help identify these bugs?
They move slow but they can jump also several inches. I’ve seen a few outdoors and they usually have some white cotton like stuff hanging from their butt.

I believe that's planthoppers. Exterminate as soon as possible.

Yeah there’s a few diff bugs that come up when I google “planthoppers” but you’re right I believe.. weird little dudes

Preventative Neem Oil Application for Newbiesin the past, I've had pest problems. this time, I'm acting preventatively.
I applied neem oil solution in a spray bottle to my seedlings and soil. leaves seemed burned afterwards.

Spider mites in late floweringI have mites on one of the King's I'm starting week 7 of flower now and I don't think spraying is going to be the best decision. I've flushed my plants today, the other ones don't have spots on leaves. The sick plant is moved away form the others. Should I harvest it early or ?1y ago

Tanlin drops. Yey or ney?Has anyone had much experience with Tanlin drops for a fungus gnat infestation? I have to leave my babies for one whole week and I'm not sure to leave em to dry out completely for the week or soak em with some Tanlin drops to try and eliminate the pest?Other. Bugs

What kind of pest is this?The pictures of leaves show the symptoms and the microscope pics are of what I believe to be the culprit, suspended in scotch tape for ease of view. With the naked eye they looked like little black spots and they bunched up right below the affected spots.Other. Bugs

Spider Mite!?Spider Mite?
Was doing some trimming earlier and cut this leaf off which was a very early leaf. Went to throw it out and seen the corner was nibbled on and a very small silky like web from one leaf to the next. Checked every leaf and could not see any further traces
