Pest/bug identification - small brown bug

Can anyone help identify these bugs? They move slow but they can jump also several inches. I’ve seen a few outdoors and they usually have some white cotton like stuff hanging from their butt. Really appreciate it!

I believe that's planthoppers. Exterminate as soon as possible.

@hempkid Yeah there’s a few diff bugs that come up when I google “planthoppers” but you’re right I believe.. weird little dudes Thanks a bunch amigo!

They are each planted in 1 gallon smart pots and were directly planted into 5 gallons after roughly 27 days. I noticed my plants are small compared to others and was wondering if this had anything to do with it. Roots pierced their 1g pots around 30-40 days and are still going.

Partial Harvesting and flushing the medium.Can I do partial harvesting of the flowers that are ready and leave the other to ripe on the plants for longer? Found 2 bugs. A fungus gnat and a white crawler.The white one had legs, but seemed little bigger than the gnat, maybe a gnat transitioning from larvae to fly? Gonna let soil dry, and apply stiky traps. You guys think its enough? Only found two maybe a third flying around. Should i apply any other measures?
