White clumps on foliage ..

Today, for the first time, I discovered on my plants (on the leaves) something like clumps of white cobweb .... What could it be? And how to deal with it?

Looks like Thrips! Little black flying bugs often confused with fungus gnats. Get some sticky traps and amazing Dr Zymes!

Spider mites still exist ladybugs too but aren’t doing anythingI’ve had some spider mites problem and some friends told me to use ladybugs because I’m flowering and it’s the safest option.I found 3 ladybugs outside and I place them inside with water and honey,they are not doing a thing,just chilling,I’m doing something wrong? I want to mention that the white "powder" on leaves is from the fan(seems some white dust gathering on fan)
