White clumps on foliage ..

Today, for the first time, I discovered on my plants (on the leaves) something like clumps of white cobweb .... What could it be? And how to deal with it?

Looks like Thrips! Little black flying bugs often confused with fungus gnats. Get some sticky traps and amazing Dr Zymes!

Possible spider mites?I can't get a good pic of it but I've found with loupe a couple black dots here and there one 1 plant. I'm not sure what it is. They aren't moving. Hole in stemI found a hole in the stem. I’m not sure if it was a burrow worm or from a tie down I had there. I injected it with a liquid that kills them. (Rosemary extract because everywhere is out of BT local to me). I also sprayed it on the leaves and in the soil. Looks better now?

What could be eating my leaves?My outdoor Gorilla Glue Auto is getting eaten by something. Any thoughts on what this could be? Possible Thrips?I am new to growing heading into week 4. I believe I might have a small Thrip issue. I noticed small white bugs yesterday and then when I just checked on the ladies I noticed a small shiny trail on a leaf. You can see it leaf damage on my journal for today Plant 1. Any advice?
