The bugs are only in the soil, not on the leaves, so how can I fight them? They are very small, grey and jump.

I think those are fugnus gnats they are annoying af. A good thing to do before you see those little things, to avoid them is to try and getting your soil watered when it's really dry, try not watering too often. Now I think all you can do if you are indoors is puting neem oil on it. Do not do that outdoor as it is really bad for bees and bumblebees. Fugnus gnats actually lay larvae in the soil and those larvaes are what are going to damage your plants by eating their roots, the damage they do if you don't have an infestation will not be that bad but they can infect the plants with pathogens by doing a wound in the root

@Bloombuster is right, neem oil will work just fine, just make sure to mix the neem oil with some neutral PH soap and water. CAREFUL not to add too much soap, as this will burn your leaves (been there, done that), a half tea spoon of soap flakes should be enough. Also, I spray my plants once in each 2 days with 2.5PH Kangen acidic water, then the next day with 11.5PH Kangen high alkaline water, that seems to keep bugs away and the girls love it. Hope that helps, good luck mate✌️🏼
