Seedling yellow spot and curl

I have a yellow spot on my seedling that appeared today. Seeing a slight curl in one of the leaves but can’t tell if it’s going up or down, more like sideways.

You will be ready for transplant soon. Seedlings can do weird things. Just don’t over water and don’t worry about it—- it will grow out of the weirdness

Looks like burning from splashing water on the leaves while the lights are on.
Roots need absolute darkness to develop properly, black plastic pots are best and clear or white coffee cups the worst.
Roots also need lots of room to grow, filling your pots to the top is logical.

The see through plastic cup is not the best choice to start in as the roots can be exposed to light, if you don't keep the cups cover so that light isn't hitting the roots reaching the sides of the cup. Red cups are a much better choice to start with. Problems early on is usually ph related. Cheers

Idk what went wrongMy Special Kush 1 is on week 5 of flowering. 4 days ago bottom leaves started yellowing, yesterday i watered and checked runoff ppm, which was 5000! So i decided to flush. Kept watering with tap water (PH 6.8 ppm 300) until my runoff water was 600 ppm. What your opinion about it?

Seedlings yellow and showing spotsPicture of just the leaf is 11 days old. Thought maybe I was over watering it and I've only been watered it twice in a week about a cup each. spots are on it now. Temps have been mid 70s and humidty mid 60s. Picture of the smaller plant is about a week younger than other plant.

Light green leaves in color and burnt tips. Some leaves have brown spots.Hi guys, can you please help me diagnose the issue. The plants are in BioBizz All-Mix soil.
