I’m no expert but when my seedlings stretch like that it’s usually because they want more light, as long as you watered the plant so the roots loosened up for the stem to fall to the side like the plant in the third row then you should be fine

If a sprout lays on its side I very loosely stake it vertical. They usually only need a week then the support can be removed they will grow vertical normally. I bend a loop in a piece of wire then a long vertical leg to stick into the soil. The loop holds the plant mostly upright but still allows the sprout to move when the fan blows on it. The support trains the plant to be vertical. The loop and movement (from a fan) forces the plant to grow a stronger stem.
