Hey Growmie, Nothing is wrong with the plant, when they get a certain age they lose their cotyledons, which is what you see yellowing. Nothing is wrong those are the first leaves that provide energy for seedling. They have served their purpose and are no longer needed by plant.

Not a problem at all :) Those are the so-called cotyledons, the first leaves of a germinating plant. They just die off. For some plants earlier, for others later. But absolutely no reason to worry.
