Hi they are a couple weeks old now and it has been non stop wilting from them for a few days now, I've tried to alter my watering (Giving less now trying more) they don't seem to want to perk up. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello, I had the same issue with my first grow. I didn´t watered them often enough so I started watering them more often (on daily base) & since then my plants are looking much healthier than before 😊 I also gave them more nutrients, but my plants were at a further stage (flowering) already in my case. Hope this was helpful 😉

They have no oxygen to breathe! Those roots are suffocating! In a last ditch effort, repot in a better medium. I worry about root rot, ph, and the medium being hot.

Stop watering let their substrate dry out then start back up but not to much at at time . Also looks like your substrate is retaining the water so will need longer in between feeding 💚 Happy growing x

Your substrate looks like it self is made to hold water currently an not release it. Need to add some perlite to the mix 30/70 ratio perlite/substrate using. That give you the adequate drain/run off an not keep your roots wet cause inv watering issues. Hope this helps an happy growing.
