Milky trichomes but not done with flush // Week 8 flowering // Harvest now or later?

Im in 8week of flowering (7.5-9 weeks recommended)
All tricomes i have inspected is milky and only discovered minor signs of amber.
The leafes have not changed color (1 week of flush,with BioBizz)
Should i wait for leaf color change before harvest? Even with up to10%amber pistels

You CAN wait... but don't prolong the waiting when about 30% have turned amber... at that point, the THC will start to degrade and you'll get a harvest that will put you on the couch... you've got a little time - and I wouldn't concern myself with the color of the leaves... go by the trichs...

Problem: two girls one tent, 40x40, an Auto and a Photo, both ~30 days old. Poor decisions and bad planning got me into this How would you proceed?Are there good options w/o killing one so the other could properly grow? Is it a good idea if I flip the light from 18 to 12 only when the Auto is done? Or my friend suggested to gradually reduce the light hours over the next two weeks to less stun the Auto? Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.
