How far away should my 60W(55 draw) cob be these first days and weeks? Tent is 40x40x120 cm (1.3x.1.3x3.9' I believe)

I would say 40 50cm then let the plant grow until the bulb is 20 cm from plant tent start moving the lamp as the the plant grow to keep 15 20cm distance between plant top and bulb.

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours.
