How far away should my 60W(55 draw) cob be these first days and weeks? Tent is 40x40x120 cm (1.3x.1.3x3.9' I believe)

I would say 40 50cm then let the plant grow until the bulb is 20 cm from plant tent start moving the lamp as the the plant grow to keep 15 20cm distance between plant top and bulb.

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

Light height full power vs dimmedHi, with light height, does it make a difference to the plant if I'm at full brightness and further away vs dimmed and closer? New update got my new grow light dialed in.. And the nutes helped a lot seen more growth in one day than I had in the last 23 days!
I am worried that if I place the light at the recommended height (6”) that would be too much so I’m running the lights at 50% power and at 12” away
