How far away should my 60W(55 draw) cob be these first days and weeks? Tent is 40x40x120 cm (1.3x.1.3x3.9' I believe)

I would say 40 50cm then let the plant grow until the bulb is 20 cm from plant tent start moving the lamp as the the plant grow to keep 15 20cm distance between plant top and bulb.

Grow lamp setting veg or bloom or both?For my grow lamp settings this early on should I be using the VEG And Bloom spectrums simultaneously? Or just leave in Veg? Since these are Autos I wasn't sure if switching the spectrums was as important as maximizing light.

T5 vs. LED for veg?So I have a T5 light, and I’ve used it to veg quite a bit, and it does really well. My question is, should I use the T5 in just the seedling phase, then use LED for veg and flower? Or will the T5 give me good results throughout the veg cycle?Week 3

Right lighting at day 6 - fluo or HI as both availableRight lighting at day 6? Very happy that all germination looking good on day 6 from seed. Lamp distance from seedlings? PPFD uploaded in this weeks photos.How far away I should have my lamp from my week old seedlings? I think it has something to do with the PPFD for my lamp (TS600), but I have no idea what it means. The lamp is set right at the very top of my tent now and is 32 inches (81cm) away.
