How far away should my 60W(55 draw) cob be these first days and weeks? Tent is 40x40x120 cm (1.3x.1.3x3.9' I believe)

I would say 40 50cm then let the plant grow until the bulb is 20 cm from plant tent start moving the lamp as the the plant grow to keep 15 20cm distance between plant top and bulb.

LED Wattage confusion!?!?!?!?!In a few days, I will be putting these into a 4ftx4ft grow tent. Im a little concerned as my Lights say 1000w but on further research, it says actual wattage 140. does this mean I only have 280w and is that going to be enough?Week 3

Will increasing light intensity restart stalled seedlingsSeeking advice from Mars Hydro TS1000 growers. When do you increase light intensity during seedling stage? Is closer to the light much better?Is the light closer better? I have a VIPARSPECTRA 1000W LED Grow Light (10W LED ,x100) and it says during veg 18-26 and flowering distance at 18-24”. Looking at other growers using LED they are closer. Should I try to keep it closer a little at a time? Is there benefit?Setup. Lighting
