How far away should my 60W(55 draw) cob be these first days and weeks? Tent is 40x40x120 cm (1.3x.1.3x3.9' I believe)

I would say 40 50cm then let the plant grow until the bulb is 20 cm from plant tent start moving the lamp as the the plant grow to keep 15 20cm distance between plant top and bulb.

2 plants, 2 Mars Hydro TSW 2000’s, need help with pot size/tent size configuration My plan is to flower these 2 girls in a SCROG under 2 Mars Hydro TSW 2000s (2x300W actual). Light Science Has anyone watched some Youtube videos by Dr Bruce Bugbee from Apogee Instruments? I find his lectures on lighting to be the most straight forward explanations I have heard yet. I found his vid called "The New 400-750 nm ePAR Range Explained with Dr. Bruce Bugbee" to be eye opening on lighting colours. I have changed my LED's based on a few of his vids. He explains what plants really want and those Burple lights just don't cut it. For those that don't know he is a professor at the University of Utah that legally studies cannabis growth. He takes the science of weed grow to a whole new level.

Lamp too hot So I set up my 600w hps and it got hot even with small fan in there! 41° and 10% humidity. I imagine if I left that she would by morning! Switcged back to cheap led for now, whats best was to cool tent? Its 1x1x1.8

Viparspectra P2000 height and intensity For those that have experience with the light I'm using, Viparspectra P2000, how high and what intensity percentage should I have it? qu'elle est le plus important à prendre en compte le nombre de lux ou le PPFD/DLI lux, ppfd et dli. en faisant j'ai réalisé qu'il était dur d'avoir un ppfd entre 500 et 1000 pour la phase plantule sans dépasser les fameux 7000lux on approchent plutôt les 25000lux si on veux atteindre le ppfd souhaitable pour cette phase. comment faite vous?
