Yellowing Seedlings

My seedlings seem to struggle. My temps are quite cold at 20°C. I'm using a 400w MH light, they are 2 weeks old, I know the cold will make them grow slow, but they seem to have yellowing leaves. The light is 80cm above the tops

The only reason I can think of this early would be soil pH being way off or the soil being too compacted/rich in nutrients. Overwatering could cause this too I suppose.

Can this stretched seedling be saved?So, my first seedling spent a few days w/weak light and got stretched. I then started “Shorty”; both outdoors the last three days. I buried “Stretch” 3/4” deeper.
Is “Stretch” (the first plant) totally fucked? Anything else to do?

Buon giorno weed doctors, please help understand the issue, maybe smb has seen this before. I lost two seeds of the same cultivar to the same symptoms...TYTwo seeds, same cultivar, 1 week difference, both pop neck bended with white woody spot at the base of one of the cotyledons. Doesn't spray the leaves, the membrane wasn;'t getting off w/o help. And I know it's not substrate - 2 other breeders germinated 100% and look healthy. TY

after they have sprouted! they were planted in the system! I made the solution on the recommendation of the fertilizer manufacturer! I added 1 ml/l of each component and it turned out 410 ppm! The second week I changed the solution completely and added 2 ml/l of each component, it turned out 600 ppm
the yellowness on the leaves appeared after the first week! I thought it was a magnesium or iron deficiency! and I changed the solution and added 2 ml / l of fertilizers! I keep the ph of the solution within 5.7-6.0
drip irrigation works constantly!
The temperature in the box is 23-25 C - humidity is 40-60%
Inside, there is a fan on top that turns 360 degrees to blow the plants!
