Ok so these girls are growing great in my opinion. But this is like two and a half weeks into flower and the purple Kush (in back) is nearly through the roof! I used a bungee to tie the main stem to the back pole which is why she's all good now. Any advice please?

You should of topped them! Main reason is your tent isn't very big so always best to keep them as low as possible in my personal opinion 💚

You could try some tiedowns for some LST to slow their vertical growth down or super cropping like Finedakine suggested below - slowly pinch and rub a point on the stems and keep gently stressing until the fibrous core becomes flexible and softens up - you are trying to basically put a right angle in the stem without snapping it or causing too much damage.

Light cycle messed up do I have leverage for one mistake?Timer messed up the cycle and stayed on for an extra 12 hours.. So in total she was, for 24 hours in light... Soon as I noticed I manually turned off.
