How tall will these outdoor untrained, soil based photoperiod plants grow to be (best rough guess)?
I believe they're a sativa-dominant Sour strain (either Ultra Sour or S.A.G.E and Sour bag-seed).
Currently over 1 meter tall from soil at 60 days old in 7 Gallon pot.

Based on what you’ve described, especially if it's on a south-facing balcony getting sun most of the day, I'd estimate they could reach around 3 meters, especially being a sativa-dominant strain. Since they're already over 1 meter at 60 days, they’ve got plenty of time to stretch. If you’re aiming for more height, consider upgrading to a larger pot. You've got a good setup going!

Pollen sacks or powdery mildew?I noticed what I thought was powdery mildew on a leaf, then noticed funny looking things right next to the powder. I think these are pollen sacks, and if they are I want to know if anything is recoverable, or if I need to scrap the whole plant/grow. "Second Grow" on my profile

Are (constantly) high daytime temperatures a huge problem in flower?My day temperature since turing my light up to max during flower are reaching 29-30c | 84.2 - 86f, while the daytime RH is at roughly 40% - 50%.
Is the high temperature something to be concerned about?
pics 1 and 2 are the exact same data as pics 3 and 4, just set to c/f each.

Is this feminized plant a male?1 of my 4 feminized plants appears to be growing pollen sacks. Most of the nodes have strange growths and pods on the plant, but a few of them look like normal female flowers. Should I rip this plant out now? Or can I just cut off the branches with pods?

2 day update after changing light. Is progress okay?Hello, on Monday i changed my light from some scam of a light that said 50w, to a mars hydro ts600. This is the 2 progress since then. Ignore the loss of a quarter of one of the cotyledons :))
