Hi guys. My plants are all around 30cm tall all LST'd. They're in 7th week of flowering. Is it time to flip'em into flowering?

Thank you @Bloombuster for your insight. I only use micro/grow/bloom + b-52, big bud and voodoo juice from advanced nutrients. Any advice on this nutrients setup is greatly appreciated :)

Need Partial Harvest AdviceIn week 3 of flower, WW RQS FEM PHOTO, still another 6 weeks to go. In about 10 days, I'd like to maybe cut an ounce off the top, do a quick water cure and dry on it while the rest keeps growing. Will that ounce be 50% strength or? Thoughts/tips/advice?
