When to switch to flowering?

Hi guys. My plants are all around 30cm tall all LST'd. They're in 7th week of flowering. Is it time to flip'em into flowering?

Thank you @Bloombuster for your insight. I only use micro/grow/bloom + b-52, big bud and voodoo juice from advanced nutrients. Any advice on this nutrients setup is greatly appreciated :)

Planning 35-40 days in veg. They're in 2L pots (half a gallon). Should I wait until they fill the pot before transplanting or is it fine at any point? My concern is it may take too much time to fill the pots and need time to top, LST etcWeek 2

Cycle 18/6 or 12/12I dont know yet if do a 18/6 of floration or 12/12.
The my idea is to do 8 weeks no more. I dont have time.. then maybe is better keep the 18/6 of cycle and change just the led in lamp led floration?
The first plant has been moved in the soil the 25/2 with 6mm of root
