Hi mate It does not look too good 😦 I would remove those small lower branches with the yellowing leaves
immediately and paint the stem with some sort of anti fungal treatment . Other than that the plant looks healthy enough hope its not a terminal disease 😢

I'd treat the area with H2o2 or some other treatment for anti fungus. Use a bamboo pole or something to help stabilize to reduce stress and weight on the area. Keep the area clean, dont over water.. Keep that area dry. Good luck. Hopefully it doesnt progress and you can save your harvest! 🍀👊
