Time to flip?

I usually do defoliation in veg just to them get used to ;))) But I veg longer in such cases and LST a lot. Would leave them alone till day 14-20 of flower, depending of how quickly flowers will appear , and them lolipop them, defoliate, tie, support. If you still will do it now, give them not less that 4-5 days to recover. You can give extended night on transition/switch day. But don't give more than 8-10 between defoliation and flip.
