First off they are not too bad for 1 week.
Second they are stretching badly they need more light.
You can top dress these to a an inch or two make the stronger for now.
No info on your soil or nuets so may need to introduce light nuets soon

apart from your light being too far away, making them stretch a lot, they don't look too bad for day 5.
- Fill more soil in the pot, and lower your light. that'll help.
