It’s arguable when germination ends.
I consider germination / seedling phase over after three weeks and then start vegetation week 1.
Others just go week by week after the seed pops from the soil.
Really comes down to personal preference on how you want to keep track of your plant.

Germination ends when a shoot emerges from soil / substrate and becomes a seedling :)

It's a seedling. Yes germination is done you cracked the seed and planted it. Now a little baby. Looks healthy. I see the first leaves and the cotyledons. As the diaries go that would be first week of veg. Keep it up though looks good. Happy growing
