How do you get tracking info and customer support from Garden of Green Seedbank. I have emailed, called, DM. Fb messenger... no seeds no support , the order included free tracking which I am unable to find and GOG is unable to provide. They emailed asking me to rate the order, 0

That company is shity and sketch as fuck, they hosted a contest on this platform and bailed on it, no one got prizes and everyone was letdown. I would not grow them or there sister company expert-seeds. no one can release that many seeds a year and have it fully tested, they are reselling white label wholesaler products and have no idea what they really are.
You could try raising shit on review sites like google and other cannabis forms, can write shit all over their profiles on GD, they official brand account and the official rep account.
If you paid via credit you can call you card company and say the products never arrived and get them to perform a charge back... only works if it legal in your area and if you paid with card.
Last option maybe in your online portal/account for the GOG website it has some sort of link or number for tracking??

Seeds arrived today. The shipping label had the zip code blacked out w/sharpie. Missing 10 freebies. Zip re-written and scratched out twice. Lucky it got here late. Sent them messages still no replies to any form of communication.

One superior way I've found to deal with shit like that is to go on their website and leave a stunningly terrible review of whatever it is you've purchased from them (and mention, in passing, the crap customer service)... and then sit back and wait.... It worked splendidly for me when I had similar issues with another outfit...
