How do you get tracking info and customer support from Garden of Green Seedbank. I have emailed, called, DM. Fb messenger... no seeds no support , the order included free tracking which I am unable to find and GOG is unable to provide. They emailed asking me to rate the order, 0

Seeds arrived today. The shipping label had the zip code blacked out w/sharpie. Missing 10 freebies. Zip re-written and scratched out twice. Lucky it got here late. Sent them messages still no replies to any form of communication.

One superior way I've found to deal with shit like that is to go on their website and leave a stunningly terrible review of whatever it is you've purchased from them (and mention, in passing, the crap customer service)... and then sit back and wait.... It worked splendidly for me when I had similar issues with another outfit...

Many of my attempts don't make it past seedling.What could be the problem? Done 3 grows now. Each time germinated several seeds. Seed floating in the water good or bad quality ?I use to germinate with 16/20h in a water and then straight in the soil. Everyone know seed which float on the water should be not a GOOD QUALITY seed but this basically it’s happening with all the seed bank and the result is 90%always positive. Any infos ??Germination.
