Germinated - Should I move them to the tent now?

One of my 5 seeds has sprouted her first leaf! I've named her Astrid. Should I move her to the tent now, or wait till the others have sprouted? (They're currently next to an Aerogarden light.)

Personally I move ours inside the tent when I see the first leafs pop I like to get that growth going asap. 🤘😤

Sprouting delay. How long do I wait? Are lights on and fans running important while waiting for germinated seeds to sprout? I lightly water the medium.Germinated autos by paper towel method, & put them in soil 2 days ago. The still haven't sprouted out of the soil. How long should I wait? WHY?ANY REASON WHY? After sprouted i has put them in front of the window and then when has two leaves directly under the lamp. Lamp was not too close so i dont know whats happend.
