You can also spray the infected areas down with diluted isopropyl alcohol, it will get rid of the fungus spores. This is only safe for edible consumption though. As smoking it would be very toxic. The Isopropyl alcohol is safe because it is used in R.S.O.

If you are happy with the state of the trichomes, chop them now and remove the bits with mold straight away

I would turn it into bubble hash butter/coconut oil immediately. This has a shelflife that might make you reconsider. The bubble hash process will remove most of the impacted material. The heat from the cooking will kill off all the mold spores.

I would harvest as soon as you can. Have lost plant to bud rot before on an outdoor greenhouse, not much different to your own. Disheartening doesn't do it justice. I'm not entirely sure if this works but after taking out the mouldy buds, rinsing the nicer ones in a Hydroden Peroxide bath will wash any loose spores before they settle... I have also seen that disproven. Otherwise, remove the mouldy bits and increase the airflow in the green house and continue till you think they are finished...But you risk losing it all
