Why are my seedlings growing visibly?

I turned off the lights and started flowering from now on, I kept it on for 3 hours and then I changed my mind, the seedlings are growing visibly, it's really impressive. It has never happened to me to find myself in this situation, the plants have put the turbo absurd!

We didnt understand the question i think, atleast i didn't. When you say " Started flowering from now on, and kept it on for 3 hours" do you mean you change the color of the light to a flowering light? Or the schedule? Also It would take more than 3 hours to switch your plants after switching the schedule. You can switch the light and keep the schedule, and even though the color is for flowering, your plants will stay in veg till you switch to 12h light/12h dark. Even after that, it will take a couple days for you to see the plant has flowering signs. I found that more mature plants take less time to switch visibly. Hope I helped ^^

Yes if you're u just switched them to flower they (stretch) the first 21days and they do so pretty fast..

Nitrogen Toxicity?Not sure if this is nitrogen toxicity or normal leaf color. Crinkling was caused by too much light and the fan. Got better in 24h after adjusting grow light and fan. Plants are starting week 2 of veg, Hulkberry Auto. Medium is light mix soil.

2 day update after changing light. Is progress okay?Hello, on Monday i changed my light from some scam of a light that said 50w, to a mars hydro ts600. This is the 2 progress since then. Ignore the loss of a quarter of one of the cotyledons :))
It going alright? I don't see much change in leaf size but they dfnitely grew a stem

Slow growth on this one seedling we can't yet call it a plant imo especially in comparison to her sisters. Is it saveable?Can someone give some advice please. Plant structureWhat do you guys think of the structure of this plant? I removed all but 4 lowest nodes in early veg then LSTed those nodes and topped for two main colas. I also did some lollipopping and defoliation later on as this girl is bushy as heck. Did I mess up?
