Ok to harvest??

The trichomes are an excellent indicator of when harvest is ready. This happens a lot when the buds closest to the light keep producing more buds. Take a look at the older parts of the bud if this growth has brown pistils you’re more than ready. The newer growth will continue to ripen after cutting as it leached the moisture from the stalks. It depends on the trichomes and their colourage. Are they white/milky? then you will have a more uplifting high. Cristal/seethrough is without potency (wait). and amber colour is for a more narcotic couch lock high. use a magnifying glass or even better a microscope. good smoke

If you are satisfied with the state of the trichomes then you are in your harvest window - some strains throw new pistils to the end and some brown off early. I am not a fan of ambers either - I like a racy panic attack kinda high and dont even want more than like 2% amber, but that is just me - you like what you like and if you reckon it is ready then go for it mate, some would tell you to wait until maybe 25% amber, I think 1 amber trich on a plant is enough for my taste 🤣 Hope it goes well for you, enjoy the harvest :)

A few white pistils at the chop is fine. They’ll mature and dry out as the bud dries and cures. You talk like she’s ready to be pulled. If your flush is all in good order you should be good to give her the chop. Maybe consider giving it a 48 hour dark period before harvest. That might get those white pistils to turn for you as well.
