Have a few options to getting rid of aphids. You can use some Dawn dish soap in a quart of water and give it as a foliar spray. Any of the Safers products is effective on aphids. I’d start with the insecticidal soap and if that doesn’t work step up to the 3 in 1. You shouldn’t have to reach this point but you can also go for the End All. You could also use neem oil but it’s pretty abrasive and banned in Canada for use on legal cannabis. So use this at your own risk. Good luck fighting this. I’m fighting my own battle with a minor spider mite case.
