Water flush ratio for nitrogen toxicity?

What is the rule of thumb on flushing ? I flushed 3 gallons of water on Day 17 and 18. Today, (day 19), I flushed w/ 5 gallons since the symptoms of nitrogen toxicity seemed only to be getting worse. Hoping that at least stops the progression of leaf clawing...

When I did it recently, I just put 5 gallons through at the same time then let it dry out. Why? When I tested runoff originally I was up around 2500ppm (3EC), by the end of 5g the soil was down to 350ppm (.700EC). Took about 4 or 5 days for the plants to show improvement.

Just so we are clear, this is ONE plant. Some of y’all’s answers are coming off condescending. It’s a 7 gallon pot, I haven’t “overwatered” lol. This plant normally consumes 1- 1.5 gallons of water every 24 hours. The only time it droops is if it doesn’t get watered every day. She’s a thirsty gal!..... Of course I’m not still “inputting” nitrogen. What in the world?

The plant has not drooped even slightly with all the flushing. After I did 5 gallons yesterday, the plants color has definitely improved! Watered a my usual gallon with adding calcium and phosphorus back to the feeds

to flush excess nutrients out of the soil I like to use 2x the volume of the pot's worth of water. Notable that this is only in extreme cases of N tox. Having answered your question; in your case I wouldn't flush any more as at this point you've sent quite a lot of water into the pots, and it's been over the course of several days. Likely it will be droopy for a bit due to the overwatering. That aside, I assume you're not still actually inputting nitrogen at this point, right?
