It actually looks about average for that age mate so your doing well How many light hours would you say she is getting ? Looks good. The spots might be from nutrient burn. You want to wait to add nutrients until she is a little bigger when your in soil. Keep an eye on the tips of the leaves. If they go brown then cut back on the nutrients. Less is more. You will get a better yield from a hungry plant then an overfed plant. Happy Growing.
