Wait until the top inch or two are dry before watering again, this is easily judged by sticking your finger in the substrate.
This routine is a good guide as to when to re-water and I am sure if you follow this "rule", your plants will be fine. Right now, do not give any more water/nutrients until the soil dries out, as suggested above. With 75% humidity your plants will have a hard time transpiring and therefore with the extra moist soil, she is now suffering with over wet roots. You can do nothing and just wait until they recover, which will do no real harm, but if you are really concerned or feel compelled to "do something", then poking some holes in the pots with a bamboo skewer or similar will aerate the soil a bit and help the soil dry out a bit faster. The best places to poke the holes is right at the edge of the pot, just slide the skewer down between the plastic edge of the pot and the soil. This may seem to potentially damage the roots, which it may do, but your plant won't really notice and will recover perfectly from this "intervention".
So, it is up to you, leave it alone and wait 2-3 days or poke holes and wait 2-3 days as well.
Either way, as long as you don't water again for a while, (until the top 1-2 inches have dried out), your plant will recover and be growing healthily soon enough.
Hope this helps, Organoman.
