happens to us all brother problem with tents that i have is theres not much room to do maintannce on your plants so knocking them with your elbow or fore arm is easily done ways to prevent this. Add more silica to your feed. This will build strong plant cell walls creating larger stronger branches plus its organic too so :) your lucky shes not in flower so this wont cause her any proper stress she should recover in around a week or so but id just keep eye on it problem with taping sometimes it can build up humidity in the small pockets where the tape has been applied which could attract some nasty spores though this is me being very pick nicky lol personally cause its still in veg it shouldnt harm her too much but with being an auto they dont react well to stress as it is so yeah im sure you will be okay but just remember this plant will haveto concentrate on healing that along with maturing so you may have un intentionally added a week or so on your harvest times i could be wrong but thats what my common sense tells me anyway best of luck brother :) 👊

She will be fine! It will take about 1 to 1.1/2 week to complete heal than you can remove the tape and it will benefit from it. Normaly snapped branches grow stronger and yield more.Plant will try to heal it faster and will push more power in to it. There is a technique called High Stress Training (HST) also called Supercropping.. its a technique that you squeeze and bend branches without ripping the skin making plant think that its all broken.. so it heals it self double the power and can increase yield significantly. There is a very good info on RQS page about it. Check it out. Good luck!

It’s gonna heal up just fine. You did good with the tape job. Just be sure to remove that tape in a few days as to bot restrict the stem in the future as it is still getting thicker every day. Good luck bro 🤙
