Light intensity in veg - Help needed!

I have a 4x4 Tent (120x120cm) with 16 Autos and run a 480W 3.5K LED at ~55 % at a dist. of 40-48 cm (1.3-1.5 feet).
Lux: 20-26k. They are tall with up to 14 cm (0.45 feet).
What would be the right light density in week 2-3?
Ideas? Plz help! THX

Keep it simple, just lower the lights to 35cm. 480W is not too much for the room

How much light does a seedling need?Is there a limit to what it can use? Could an LED grow bulb a couple inches away provide enough light? Up to what age? Thank you so so much. My first grow and I really appreciate it!

Just ordered a 150W Quantum Board, can I swap my Blurple UFO mid grow to the new board? Is it possible to increase flower size this late into a grow?My Blurple apparently uses 230W actual draw but is advertised as 600W. If that 230W value is correct, does that suggest my new, much more expensive QB is not as good? Will it make a difference to the plants health? What are the benefits from the QB? Thanks!6y ago

Lamp distance from seedlings? PPFD uploaded in this weeks photos.How far away I should have my lamp from my week old seedlings? I think it has something to do with the PPFD for my lamp (TS600), but I have no idea what it means. The lamp is set right at the very top of my tent now and is 32 inches (81cm) away. When to flip into flower?currently midway through my 9th week of veg and am wondering when I should send plants into flower, should I double check sex first? MarsHydro FCE4800 for a 4x4 grow?Is the MARS HYDRO FC-E4800 480w the best option to use for my 4x4 tent. Will be doing 9 CBD auto flowers as a hobby.
