Plant almost touches my light.. can’t hang it higher any tips on how to deal with this?

I can think of LST, topping and suppercropping.
In that stage suppercropping is probably the most healthy thing for the plant, but probably the technique you are familiar with will do it. It will stress the plant but push the other one a lot

raise the lamps if you don't want to burn your flowers... If you can't rise anymore, try to bend over the branches. Good Luck !💪

Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants? Is it worth adding a LED 18w 2700k strip light for last few weeks of flower?Should I add this light for the last few weeks of flower? I have a Streetlight 18w LED strip see pics. I was thinking that if I added this strip designed for flower to my tent like a side light it may help my Viparspectra V300 in fattening those buds a little. Thoughts?
