Plant almost touches my light.. can’t hang it higher any tips on how to deal with this?

I can think of LST, topping and suppercropping. In that stage suppercropping is probably the most healthy thing for the plant, but probably the technique you are familiar with will do it. It will stress the plant but push the other one a lot

raise the lamps if you don't want to burn your flowers... If you can't rise anymore, try to bend over the branches. Good Luck !💪

Started the plants off with 60 watts. Increased to 100 watts today with a 20/5 schedule. Could I increase to the full 150 watts already or should I give them a few days with 100? Thanks in advance for any advice. It’s my first indoor grow with this setup and I’m still learning :)

Are there any recommendations for a light schedule for autoflowering?I leave them at 24 hours. I start with the seedlings at 18000 Lux and increase it till the 4th week. After the 4th week I have all my lights at full power and the top buds have around 55.000 to 90.000 Lux.
