change watering habits.
pot may* be too big for the plant, but water a smaller circle around it, don't try to give X mL. so, water a smaller column around the plant, but make sure that water goes all the way down with a little runoff. (10-15% if soilless, with soil, just enough to be sure you don't have dry pockets.
you want the plant growing roots deep, not toward surface of pot. it goes where the water is. also helps avoid microbial issues.
is it stunted? i can't tell how old it is. if 4 weeks old could be a dwarf... if ~3 weeks old maybe it was stunted and/or a dwarf?
looks like it stretched a bit intiially as a seedling and maybe put under intense light right away? while it may be already coming out of it, try raising light ~6". Any hint of 'bad' stretching, reverse course on that immediately.
all you can do is give it a little tie to be sure... think changing irrigtion technique will clear up the twisting too.
