It looks fine, some plants just grow like this, not all plants have leaves that point up or are held horizontally.
Quite often plants with heavy indica genes will be like this for their entire lives and is nothing to worry about, the plant "knows" what it is doing.
If it is under watered, the leaf stems will be soft and floppy, which does not seem to be the case.
If it is over watering, there is nothing you can do but wait for it to dry out, however the leaves do not curve down like this.
But like I said, this downward curve of the leaves can be perfectly normal for some strains.
