If you suspect lock, you should give 'em a good flush at the proper pH then feed. Hard to know without more details. You're using a soil coir mix, but are you watering to run-off? The nutrient slate you post look like it should be well enough, so if you haven't been watering to run-off there's a good chance it's all sitting in the soil building up and causing your problem. They do look like they want more nitrogen. I'd throw out the 'theoretical' and wait to harvest until they're actually ready. Seed producer timelines are notoriously short and inaccurate, follow what the plant tells you instead of what the manual says.

I've already flushed the plant with plain water for two days when I saw the problem arising. I was giving too much nutrients.. I have corrected it. I was away also for 5 days and put some strings going through the pot to help a drink by the bottom while I was away. Don't know if it's maybe because she didn't have enough water also
