So I'm trying living soil with 2 of them, and ocean Forrest and happy frog mixed together for the other 2. My second soil grow so I'm seeing what I like the most. I feel like it's a little harder growing in hydro, and I didn't want to kill the seeds I got from an actual seed bank, and not a bag
They're growing so good that I'm kinda freakin out. I don't know what to do if they grow bigger than my tent. Too late for topping. The quick one grew over a foot in one week. I might throw a trellis net in there. I need to do something to keep the height down. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated
I need help with my girls. Out of nowhere they started to show signs of some sort of deficiency. Only the new growth on top is affected, and now the middle sugar leaves
My babies have started showing signs of stress. The new growth on top is sort of wilted, and twisted. Looking droopy and sad. I have a bunch of different nutrients, but don't really use them all. I was thinking it's a pH issue cuz my pH meter might be wrong. Awaiting Buffer solut
Hi @RamboGringo I think that if there were PH variations that affected them to stay in that state they would already have several burns on the leaves. due to the withered aspect of the leaves, the substrate seems to be soaked too much, try to intervene more between waterings, let the substrate almost dry between waterings. controls watering by the weight of the pot, the substrate when it is dry becomes very light and when it is very wet it becomes very heavy. good luck mate 👍
Here's more pictures, and the top 3 inches of soil is dry to the touch before I water again usually. I must've messed up the past couple days or something. I did just add that Mars hydro ts600 though. Light stress?
I'm switching my plants from a 150w QB bords (3500k) to theTLS2000 from mars hydro and my biggest problem is that the TSL is "shocking" the plants uring the 1st week as it's a bit warmer and so the temps is a bit higger but the watter evaporation seems to be doubled , but after a week everything is fine.
my new tips is to put the light higgher and slowly putting it lower during 3/4 days ans it helps the news plants to acclimate better
They're looking better this week now that I think they're getting used to the new Mars hydro led. I turned down my blurple because it was causing my tent to overheat being almost 85° so that's no bueno. so until I find another way to cool it down in there I can't run both LEDs full blast. And the only problem is I think the northern lights Auto it looks like it's still going through some sort of deficiency cuz it's still droopy and leaves are twisting but it doesn't look too bad and I can't figure it out
Okay so this week I flushed three out of four of my plants the only one left to flush would be my northern lights and I will do that at the end of this week. And I have a deficiency so I added calmag because I still have a little over a week left and I didn't want them to be sick the rest of the grow. So I gave them cal-mag with water PH at 7.10 which made the runoff 6.1 which is good in my book.
Overall I am proud of this grow. She was easy and gave me almost 5 ounces dry weight. Not bad for growing in less than 3 months. I definitely will grow that strain again and when I do I will definitely will do some LST so I can get all the buds to look like the main cola which was beautiful
