Did you drop water onto the leave while the light was on? that could magnify the light through the droplet and burn the leave a little. If you didn't then it could be a calcium deficiency. Check your pH first.

Maybe overwatering. Also, since you start with small containers I wouldn't recommend clay pots, plastic is better for repotting, with clay you will damage the roots no matter what. Happy bottanic.

Agreed-over watering issue. let soil dry out a bit more before you water next few times and should be golden.
