Too broken to save?

Aaaand I’ve completely disregarded my own plan of letting these girls grow naturally, and accidentally snapped the main stalk. Pretty much entirely across. I immediately taped it. But being that it’s an auto, is it even worth doing this?

Always a good time to think of the plant as an experiment and see what happens instead of getting rid of it! :)

You may be surprised at how well she recovers. I end up taping at least one plant per grow.

Well FML, pop goes the main stem.Trying to bend a little bit more, then that dreaded sound, "pop". Like snapping a fresh carrot it is the sound of heart break.
The tie had likely weakened that part of the stem, shouldn't be so aggressive.
Any suggestions on how to nurse this break and mend my broken heart?

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. I applied two or three layers of duct tape, not sure if the constant pull of ties will allow it to heal and repair. When should I take the tape off?

Why do my autos take longer than everyone else with same strainIf you live in a different part of the states or heavy LST make your autos take longer to grow. I see all these diaries that at 7-8 week there’s is not only way smaller ( I only have the diaries going now) and they are finished way sooner than when I have grown them. Thank youOther. Start training her on week 2?I want to LST one of the two plants while trying HST on the other one. One is organic (darker perlite pic), the other one is not. Advices on when to start and wich one is better for HST? They are both bending naturally so I was thinking about start bending them on week 2 already.

Have just noticed that my slow lemon plant seems to have had a slight rupture, don't really know how it's still ok as it looks like it happened long enough ago for it to heal kinda... Guessing I got a bit heavy handed with the LST in a tired stoned state... Should I do something?5y ago

How to save a broken branch?I shook the pot's stand, and 1 wire dropped to the ground and broke a branch. It looks nice and if prop up it - can't even see the breakpoint.
What should I do to increase the chances that the branch will grow back?
The Red line marks where it was broken (the 2nd layer).

Can i try LST or are they too stumpy?looking to start LST but my plants don't have much spacing in between nodes height wise, and lots of nodes.. is it too late to try and start or would it be a bad idea due to there not being much room for new branches to then form once tied down? sorry for noob questions!
