Rez size.. how much water do you use per week? how often do you want to clean rez? do some simple division and pick a volume that works.
In rez -- a powerhead, like for an aquarium. This will churn surface and oxygenate water. This is FAR more efficient than bubbles. A matter of physics and chemistry. Also, if you use dry nutes, this will mix them for you.. 2 birds, 1 stone. A larger reservoir may need 1 at bottom and at top. I have a 55-gallon drum and use 2 ~2100gph powerheads. Does a good job. The constant motion will reduce need to clean too. Make it swirl... will get constant cycling top to bottom, too.
atomic? think something was lost in translator. atomized droplets?
Need one of those "45" psi pumps for that sort of emitter. An example in the following link:
https://hydrolocksystems.com/ -- a kit for ideas...
Can DIY something much cheaper, obviously, but those high PSI pumps are needed for some emitters and other methods of irrigating. Other products need <25psi etc etc... so, really depends.
I prefer something that won't clog easily. Small holes and nutrient-rich water is a bad combination. Need to soak in vinegar or similar regular maintenance to avoid clogging. A lesson i knew, but still had to learn by experiencing, lol... i'm a bit thick-headed at times. I need to refine my recent diy drippers. holes are too small. Worked great for 1 month, then problems arose. I'm working on a low-psi solution that is more of a slow drip than a spray.
