Autopot not absorbing water

Plz help so I have 4 AutopotXL the 2 on right are working as they should in terms of absorbing water from tray the 2 on left refuse but otherwise look very healthy top fed after noticing then waited for it to dry and just yesterday re installed the aquavalve 24hrs later nothing

You have ph lockout, I read a thread where someone from autopots said that it won't wick liquid anymore when you have a lockout.

Heavy overwatering by Autopot system during vacationAfter 7 days of vacation and my first try of the Autopot system I noticed heaviest overwatering by the autopot. Took them immediately off the system. 3 of 4 plants felt and layed with weak stem on the ground/soil. When you watch the photos: go on (any tips?) or start from scratch

Why has my plant slowed down to a trickle in water uptake from the wick bottom feed system?So I have a bottom feed wick system. Works great, but now my plant is dry on the bottom and seems to have slowed down to a trickle of water uptake. What does this mean? The soil is also drying out pretty quickly as well. Does a bottom feed watering system need to stay wet? Or can it dry out before refilling? And why? Thanks!I'm using the AC Infinity SELF-WATERING FABRIC POT BASE. I don't top feed, so does anyone know if I should let the reservoir dry out? Or, because it's a form of hydroponics, do I make sure to keep water in there all the times? EC too high and leaf yellowEC 1.45 and some yellow leaf… I adjusted the soup by adding water to it and the new leaves seem to be pretty ok. Otherwise, all other parameters are good. It’s odd bc I followed instructions of the brand (Platinium Hydroponics) and the EC lvl is still kinda high. Suggestions?
