Yes, they can herm if stressed too hard. Search online and in this forum for pictures of what hermaphrodites look like. Basically you are looking for balls.

Blätter hart, kräuseln sich , CalMag wird gegeben, nicht so stabil wie die restlichen, bleibt in Position wenn man sich drückt/biegt, Blätter rauI can't assess whether it's improving, CalMag is given with every watering and once a week beforehand, but it's still not regulating itself. My stem is weak but hollow and healthy. I have stretch but i had to raise the panel due to light stress so can't be due to to lights.
