Too late for scrog?

It's not too late at all, that should get the light down lower in the canopy to help fatten up the lower bud growth. Just remember once the net is in, you can't get the plants back out if needed. Best of luck and they look really good!

I think you can still do it, but be gentle and don’t stress them too much, arrange one top for every hole of the net and push them very slowly down, they will thank you with a nice harvest.

it's never too late, still, they have good shape, a good lst right there, so, it's up to you. I would do scrog, just to maximize the yield.
